UCONN'S REFLECTION GARDEN

Peri G. was invited to conceptualize a sculpture for the heart of the University of Connecticut's campus.
Vision
Peri's unique vision came up with an immersive experience for the new garden space. It is not simply the sculpture(s) themselves which are highly reflective, but our relation to one another within this environment. The intention is to invite the viewer to emerge into the experience upon entering the garden with the spiral grass design bringing you to the center of the overall installation. Peri has worked diligently with the Universities landscape design team, the Benesch design/engineering team to bring this full concept to life. This special space broke ground September 2025, with the much anticipated sculpture installation in Spring 2026.
